Returns Policy

Returns are only acceptable in cases of manufacturing defects in the product. If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, a credit note will be issued.
The credit note will be valid for 30 days.

Please Note:

  • All sale and discounted purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • We recommend reviewing product details carefully before making a purchase.
  • Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

We do not provide refunds or returns on any product. However, products can be exchanged for a similar or different product of the same value if the product is in stock. (Not applicable to sale products)

To request an exchange, please email us at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery of the product.

Exchange Conditions:

  1. Exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Products should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
  3. Please include your name, address, contact number, order ID, and details of the product size or type required in the parcel.
  4. Exchange requests will be processed only once per order.
  5. The customer will receive a product equal to the value of the exchanged product, minus shipping costs (to & fro).
  6. The cost of shipping (reverse pickup and delivery) for the product must be borne by the customer.
  7. Exchanges will be dispatched only after we receive and inspect the original product.
