Domestic Shipping (Within India)

    • A flat shipping charge of INR 100 applies to all orders.
    • Enjoy FREE shipping on orders exceeding INR 5,000.

  • Order Dispatch & Tracking:

    • Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via email with a tracking number and details of the courier service.
    • You can track the status of your order 24 hours after dispatch.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days across India.

  • Missed Delivery Attempts:

    • If the delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of a recipient, our courier partner will attempt delivery for 2 consecutive days.
    • If the parcel is returned to us after failed attempts, customers must bear the re-shipping charges for redelivery.

International Shipping

  • For orders outside India, shipping charges will be calculated as per the applicable rates based on your delivery location.
  • International orders usually take 10-15 business days to reach their destination.

Reverse Pickup for Returns/Exchanges

  • We facilitate a reverse pickup of merchandise eligible for return/exchange within 48-72 hours of receiving your request.
  • The product must meet all eligibility criteria for return or exchange as outlined in our Return/Exchange Policy.
